SMTP Proxy Report vs. Spam Report totals
The totals don't match when I compare these two reports.
MAIL, SMTP Proxy, server summary, COUNT
SERVICES, spam, spam level, COUNT total
The mail server summary always runs a higher total. We're running just one SMTP rule.
Any suggestions as to where the additional counts are coming from?

I see this has been corrected in 12.4, but I 'm not ready to leap back into that until a few other known issues are taken care of.

Hi CraigS,
The spam totals will count anything that is caught by a rule inside of spamBlocker, including items that are set to allow, and exceptions that you've made.
For example:
-A spamBlocker exception that is set to allow or deny a email address or domain.
-A spamBlocker action (like "Suspect" that is set to allow, or just to log, but take no other action.)
-Email items that are stopped via VOD protection. If you're seeing these numbers diverge quite a bit, or the numbers don't quite add up, I'd suggest opening a support case so that a support representative can help dig into that issue for you.
Thank you,
