VPN disconnections with Azure

Hello,

We have a BOVPN site-to-site with Azure, but connections are lost frequently. Is there a solution to this problem? Sometimes I have read that there are some parameters that are incompatible between different gateways, in our case a cloud. But, related to Azure I have not found any information.

    Is traffic going over the BOVPN continuously ?
    BOVPNs which do not have keep-alive traffic and have periods of no traffic will end, and will restart when there is traffic to go over them again.
    Could this be your case?
