There is no VPN tab in the firebox m470 admin panel

Good day! I have two m470 watchdog furnaces. On one firmware 12.6 in this furnace there is a VPN tab. On the other furnace the firmware is newer 12.9.3, but there is no VPN tab. I also have much fewer tabs in the network tab. Tell me what could be the reason.

What could be the reason? How to activate?

    Do you have a Feature Key installed on the 12.9.3 firewall?

    FYI - V12.11 is the latest version of Fireware.

    good day! The key has expired on this firebox m470, but another firebox m470 also has an expired function key and the firmware is older than 12.6, but there is a vpn tab.

    Hi @Yura
    It sounds like one of your M470s may be a HA (High Availability) device -- if so it is designed to be a member of a firecluster. This provides redundancy for a network.

    I would suggest contacting customer care via the support center link at the top right of this page to verify that information. Please include the serial numbers for your devices.

    Good day. The vpn tab appeared after I reset the firewall to factory settings. Then write the public ip address on the external interface.
