Hi everyone, I need help with our Firebox T20 setup. Here's the scenario: We have two internet providers at our site office, (A) and (B), and two at our head office, (X) and (Z). At the site office, if internet provider (A) is connected to (X) and a lag occurs or slow connection, how can we automatically switch the tunnel from (A) to (Z)? Currently, if we manually turn off internet (A), failover occurs and internet provider (B) connects to (X). However, if connection (X) is still slow, how can we automatically connect (B) to (Z) for tunneling?

Have you set up Link Monitor for each of your external interfaces?

The "Measure Loss, Latency, and Jitter" setting may help here.
