Updating signature databases

Is it possible to manually update the antivirus signature databases and others on Firebox? By manually, I mean downloading the signature databases from WatchGuard servers and uploading them to Firebox.

    @Bek This is possible for some of the subscription services (mainly Gateway AV and IPS.) This also requires our team set you up an account so you can retrieve the signatures.

    If you'd like to do this, please create a support case and mention offline gateway AV signatures somewhere in the case. The support team can get that provisioned and ready for you.

    @james.carson Hi. And after receiving this file from technical support. Is there an instruction on how to upload it to Firebox?

    @Bek the support team will provide instructions once access is granted. Signatures are downloaded to a PC and updated via a script that is provided.

    The requirements to do this are:
    -A Firebox or XTM device with Fireware OS v11.9.4 and higher.
    -A computer that runs the Unix or Windows operating system.
    -Python v2.7.8 or higher (available from www.python.org)
    -At least 500MB free disk space on your Unix or Windows system.
