New AP not reporting back to the cloud

Hi All,

Our 2 most recent AP 325 devices are not reporting back to the WG cloud like the rest to be managed. I have checked the obvious, they both have licences assigned and the weird thing is they are actually working, they are dishing out IPs to mobiles etc - but when I look at them in the WG cloud they are disconnected and the only have my test lab IP details? On each site I have multiple APs all working fine. Not sure where to look to troubleshoot as obvs no logs in the cloud yet they appear to be working fine?
Any help much appreciated.

    I'd suggest opening a case with the serial numbers of those APs so that we can look into the issue. Please use the support center link in the top right of this page.

    If you are using a firewall in front of the APs, please make sure access to redirector.online.spectraguard.net is allowed over TCP ports 80/443, and UDP port 3851.
