New AP not reporting back to the cloud
Our 2 most recent AP 325 devices are not reporting back to the WG cloud like the rest to be managed. I have checked the obvious, they both have licences assigned and the weird thing is they are actually working, they are dishing out IPs to mobiles etc - but when I look at them in the WG cloud they are disconnected and the only have my test lab IP details? On each site I have multiple APs all working fine. Not sure where to look to troubleshoot as obvs no logs in the cloud yet they appear to be working fine?
