BOVPN not online with Thin Client
Hello Everyone
I have a Problem by our Company and some customers.
We use Watchguard Fireboxes for a long time and connect our customers to our cloud Service via BOVPN.
lately we discovered an issue where Thin Clients can not establish a connection to the Cloud Firewall (VMWare Edge).
The Tunnel just will get up after a Fat Client logs in, after that, the ThinClients cann connect normaly.
Does anyone have some expirience with that?
The Fireware Version ist the newest 12.6.4 Model M670 in a active/passiv Cluster.

The firewall itself won't see any difference between a thin and thick client -- they're all client devices as far as it's concerned.
It may be helpful to see what the VPN diagnostic messages are saying when the thin clients can't connect:

*Please note that if you post any logs, ensure that any public IP addresses in said logs are blanked out/removed.
