  • So this turned out to _not _ be a DNS cache issue. After much testing, and with the help of Reddit, I determined that Comcast was in fact injecting their own data into DNS response packets. And in this case the IP addresses entered were stale/incorrect. Comcast has a security feature on business accounts called…
  • This seems to not be possible. In 12.6.4 this looks to be possible using the CLI command no ip dns cache enable but no such luck for 12.5
  • Ahhh, that's got to be it. The HTTPS proxy did have Enable logging for reports checked but the HTTP proxy did not. And I think the connection that OfficeClickToRun.exe is using to connect to Microsoft servers is HTTP surprisingly.
  • Dimension requires all connected devices to have an active security subscription, correct? I have a couple of devices logging to this server that do not have an active subscription. Installing Dimension and testing it out is on my to-do list but I was hoping to get this Server Center install working properly in the…

My best guess is that it's a Verzion issue and they are applying some block/filter based on my IP address. But getting to the people who would actually know about it, let alone do anything, is probably an impossible task.
  • Tried that. I get the same error with other browsers, including Safari on my phone.
  • Got it. This is a non-critical environment so I'll probably just try my luck with a used replacement from eBay.
  • I made a semi-lengthy post earlier. Problem #1: the Image URL function simply does not work. I wanted to post some in-line images but it would not add them, I had to settle for URL links. Problem #2: I came back later to add some addition info to the post. I clicked Edit, made my changes and then saved... AND MY POST…
  • When there are multiple Proxy Server type certs, how do you specify which is the default? I just ran into this problem trying to get SMTP TLS working. The Watchguard generated Proxy Server cert was already there and I then imported a third party cert as well. Screenshot of certs…
