Thanks Bruce...I realize now that in the per client report I pulled that the HTTP entries show the URL path and all the HTTPS entries show certificate information. I guess I really need to get this setup and working.

Thank you for the info.

It ended up being an MTU issue but not how we thought. A long time ago we had a 4G backup internet device and the MTU on the interface for that port was set to 1458. It's been that way for years. We recently stopped using that device so I turned that port into a lan port without remembering the MTU was set differently.…

We are unable to figure it out. There are 6 other offices that are BOVPN with this office and all 6 of them the apps work just fine! It driving me nuts. We are having issues with some of the phones too now that we have switched them out. When a call comes in to certain phones the phones "lose service" instead of ringing,…

Here is a real kicker too. If I connect the VPN and make a call then disconnect the VPN, I can sometimes make another call. Occasionally the indicator will stay green but the calls don't work but if I keep trying sometimes a random call does go through, but eventually within 10 minutes the call indicator turns grey and its…

I went back and checked it on a totally different machine and it was working. I reverted my config to before making any changes and it was still working. I am not sure why it was not working on the machines that it's not working on but I gave up trying to make them work.

I'm logging the Proxies yes. But I don't see anything useful. I see a reference to the site when I first hit it that says reliable.co but that's it. The site itself just returns a page that says You are unable to view the experience on this browser or device. It says this on every device in the company, regardless of…

Figured it out. When deployed through a batch file the app does NOT show up in the apps list. This is a problem in my opinion. I had to copy the MSI locally. Install in not silently. Reboot the PC, then uninstall it using the MSI not silently. Then reboot the PC again. This removed the program.

Well that's incredibly inconvenient... Thanks

Yea that is how I checked the box for the Rekey. But there is only 30 or so codes listed there. How do I enter one not in that list.
-
Ok I just realized the box I was checking was for something else (VPN rekey) which is not what I wanted. How do I enter a manual code as that one does not appear in the list of configurable notifications.
-
I'm almost positive this is not happening as I see the traffic at the branch offices using the proxies, I am just doubting myself because I am having a hard time figuring out the problem
-
I worded that wrong. I meant if the main office internet goes down the branch offices can still use their local internet. They just can't reach domain resources. So with how I have it setup, internet traffic shouldn't go through the VPN right? Only stuff that points to a IP that is at the home office? My worry is that all…

Thanks! I have discovered my server is too old for what I am trying to do. I am going to setup a new one with faster drives and after that I will call support to see if there are any settings that should be tuned for the amount of watchguards I am logging. Thanks!
-
I may do that. I am going to move the VM to some faster drives first and see if that speeds up the pulling up of data because its very slow.
-
Well nevermind. After an hour+ of them all missing I decided to call support. No sooner did they pick up the phone did I hit refresh and they magically appeared and started working again. How frustrating.

Wouldn't this require that FSM is left open somewhere all the time to get those messages to send?

I wanted to decrease it as I have had several customers with intermittent internet issues but the 10 minute window was not small enough to alert me that they were losing internet. Couldn't find a report on dimension either that would show me periods where external link was lost and for how long. Someone pointed me at link…

WSM server at a remote location (my office)

Ok, link monitor is what I was missing. I have that setup somewhere else and wondered why it wasn't doing the same thing here.
