Can't get to reliable.co - have tried everything I can think of
Firebox M270

Customer is trying to access this site. Reliable.co
It's some crazy aircraft video, dynamic content or something. I have inspected the html looking for URLs to content and nothing I do works. It works at my office....but not theirs. They are a lot more locked down than we are. So I see nothing being blocked in traffic control at all.
I have whitelisted reliable.co, sanity.io, cloudfunctions.net, typekit.net all of which are referenced in the html code but none of which seem to do anything to allow the site to work. I turned off application control on the https proxy, I turned off web blocker. Site still does not load.
Spent an hour trying to make this site load. Any ideas please?

I checked the http://reliable.co site on virustotal.com, and Forcepoint ThreatSeeker shows it as uncategorized, while the https version is shown as information technology.
What happens if you try to access the https version?
My T20-W running 12.8 Update 1 has no problem reaching https://reliable.co site even with HTTPS/DPI in play and (I hope) a very locked down system.

Are you logging allowed traffic? I found years ago that some things that get denied are actually in an Allow line.
What happens if you create an unrestricted packet filter allowing all protocols to go from your test computer's IP address and To reliable.co, thereby bypassing any proxy stuff?
Gregg Hill
Try a different web browser, in case it is a web browser issue
Similar to Gregg's suggestion, add a firewall HTTPS packet filter To: this site's IP addr or FQDN. Make sure that this policy ends up above all HTTPS policies.
In addition to what was said:
Push F12 in your browser, click the network tab, and try to load the page (push refresh/F5 if you're already there.) This tool differs by browser but will generally help indicate where the page is getting stuck.

I'm logging the Proxies yes. But I don't see anything useful. I see a reference to the site when I first hit it that says reliable.co but that's it. The site itself just returns a page that says You are unable to view the experience on this browser or device. It says this on every device in the company, regardless of browser. I will try the packet filter and reply back with the results.
I can't even get to their http site. It redirects to the secure site. My browser setting https only mode is disabled. It must be their end that redirects all http traffic to the secure site. I can access it just fine with https proxy rule.
I went back and checked it on a totally different machine and it was working. I reverted my config to before making any changes and it was still working. I am not sure why it was not working on the machines that it's not working on but I gave up trying to make them work.
