Unable to uninstall when rolled out via GP

Hi

We have successfully rolled out AuthPoint via group policy using the "Option 1 — Create a System Startup GPO That Runs a Batch File" method >

msiexec -i "\server\share$\AuthPoint_Agent_for_Windows_x64-2.1.0.218.msi" CONFIG_PATH="\server\share$\wlconfig.cfg" /q

But it does not seem to be possible to uninstall AuthPoint as the application does not appear within Control Panel > Programs, it is simply not listed.

How do we uninstall when needed if the app is not listed as installed?

We have also tried to uninstall using 'msiexec /x' but this has no affect.

Please assist thanks.

    Hi @LeonT
    If this happens, manually installing over the top of it should add it to the add/remove programs menu, which will allow you to remove it.

    If that doesn't work, please create a support case -- we can assist in backing it out, but we'll need to determine what exactly happened so we can help back out the correct components.
