I have opened a case, 01428426, with problems on my dimension.
I doubt the support person assigned is reading, what i am writing in the case. Annoying!
I took a look at the case, and have requested that it be escalated for you.
In the future, I'd suggest letting the technician know that you don't like the path the case is on and request that it be escalated vice posting to the forums. The support tech's lead teams check the cases, whereas the forums are mostly customers and users.
