Firebox stops passing traffic
What is the best way to find the cause of an incident/problem?
Today we lost connectivity to a branch office fw (M200) and after a while it was back again, I can´t see anything special in the logs and it was not rebooted since uptime is still ~+40 days.
Where would you start to look?

ISP outage ?
Do you have Link Monitor enabled on your external interface to something upstream ?
DNS server outage?
Do you have multiple external DNS servers defined for your client devices?
Generate a support file, and open a support incident. Perhaps there is something the the support file which will give a clue.
No link monitor enabled, not sure where I do that.
I have only one external DNS server and two internal DNS servers specified.
