Dimension Server - Unable to access from browser

I just discovered that I'm unable to access our Dimension server through a browser but have full control through Hyper-V. Through Hyper-V using wgsupport access I've confirmed the IP address is correct so at this point I'm not sure what else to check. Ideas?

    If you are accessing from a different subnet, then perhaps it is a subnet mask or gateway addr issue.

    Otherwise, time for a support incident.
