T80 routing dies under heavy load
I've owned a T80 for about 2 years. It's worked flawlessly. Recently it started having an issue where under heavy traffic load the T80 stops routing all traffic. I ended up having to replace it with a home router for now. The only change is I have a house guest now and she tends to stream all day long. My question is, is it possible the T80 is just dying under the load and nothing is "wrong" with the device, or is it possible the T80 is having a hardware issue, heat issue or something like that.

I have not heard of this issue with any WG firewall model.
For the record, what Fireware version are you running?
If you have a support contract on your T80, then you should open a support case, so that a WG rep can help understand the problem.
And if you do have a support contract on your T80, and it is found to be defective, it will be replaced by WG.
Also, if the streaming traffic from the house guest is being Inspected via the HTTPS proxy, try not Inspecting it, and see if that helps
It's potentially possible, but if the firewall is being overutilized, it will normally just become a bandwidth choke-point before it starts crashing.
If the firewall comes back up after reboot, I'd suggest getting it on the latest firmware version (currently 12.11.4) and see if the problem persists in that state.
If the issue persists, I recommend opening a support case
