PC freeze up issue
Hi everyone
I am posting this to see if anyone else is having the same issue.
On some of the PCs where WatchGuard is installed Windows freezes on the user login screen for 5-10 minutes. This is mostly just Windows 11 on HP PCs.
I uninstalled WatchGuard EPDR agents for those PCs and this seemed resolved the issue perfectly.

check if your HP machines came with preinstalled HP Wolf Security EDR software.

We only do vanilla Windows installation for the clients. Most the PCs had this issue did not have any HP security installed.

It would be interesting to know if the OS updates are all installed, or what is the version for our product on those devices. So, yes, please open a ticket to our support centre, so we can study closely the case.
