PC freeze up issue

Hi everyone

I am posting this to see if anyone else is having the same issue.

On some of the PCs where WatchGuard is installed Windows freezes on the user login screen for 5-10 minutes. This is mostly just Windows 11 on HP PCs.

I uninstalled WatchGuard EPDR agents for those PCs and this seemed resolved the issue perfectly.

check if your HP machines came with preinstalled HP Wolf Security EDR software.

The solution proposed by @kimmo.pohjoisaho could work. Try it on one of the devices, and let us know if that was the source of all trouble.
