[Firebox] About M270 Feature key
I need M270 control.
But I don't know it's ID/PW. So I'm going to proceed with factory-reset
If I proceed with the factory-reset, do I have to register the Feature key again?

If the firewall is connected to the internet it will automatically attempt to download its feature key. If it can't download the feature key, you'll need to copy/paste it onto the firewall.

To download function keys via the Internet,
After M270 Factory-reset,
Do I need to register the WatchGuard server IP separately?
I don't know my WatchGuard Center account.
So I can't download the key to my local PC.
You only need to download the function keys via the Internet.
As the M270 is currently in operation, it appears to have been activated at the support center.

Hi @WooJeongHUn I'm not sure what you mean by the WatchGuard IP.
The firewall will attempt to pull the feature key down by itself. If you're unable to get your key from watchguard.com, I would suggest contacting our support team for help.

If you're already activated and have a feature key on the firewall, you should be able to use the firewall.
