Activation service issues again?
Anyone know if Watchguard's activation service is currently broken? Registered a new T45 (seemingly like normal) bit it hasn't issued a feature key:
'Could not find the feature key. You can try again, or contact Support for help.'
Been hanging on the customer support line for 45 mins but no-one has answered yet...

Customer Care confirmed there is an ongoing issue with activations at the moment. James generated the key for me and I am now operational :-).

There was an activation issue early this morning, but they're working on clearing it out. If any other customers have any issue activating devices, please create a customer care case and someone from that team can help.
