Unable to contact the WatchGuard software update server.
Hi,
I know I can manually update the OS on the T40, but is there a way to fix this so you can do it through the UI? I used to get the exact same thing with the T30 we had also.
The T40 is running 12.6.1, so its not far behind current.

The firebox uses DNS to determine what server to connect to. I'd suggest checking that your DNS servers are populated in Network -> WINS/DNS.
If your issue persists, consider opening a support ticket so our team can sort out what might be going wrong.
