LOG SERVER SETUP
Hi. I am a newly-hired administrator in our company. I just learned that our XTM330 doesn't have log server setup. My question is, if I setup a log server, will our XTM330 be reset? I mean, all configuration will be reset from back from the start?

Adding a log server won't erase anything except the previous log server configuration. (By the sounds of it based on your post, this is currently blank anyways.) Adding a log server just tells the firebox where to push log messages to.
Since you're just starting out, I'd suggest starting with the newer flavor of our Log server, WatchGuard Dimension. Dimension is a virtual machine that can be deployed in a VMWare or HyperV environment. You can read more about it here:

You can also choose to install the older legacy Windows based log/report server, which will log too.

*If you choose this option, please ensure that any Anti-Virus or Backup programs are set to exclude the directory you put the database in. If the database is locked by one of these programs, it can cause the database to corrupt.
