sslvpn device - how to access it from internal network

Hi,
How do i get access to a vpn laptop that is connect via ssl vpn. For example, how can i RDP to a users laptop that is connected thru ssl vpn? I currently can't even ping an ip that is assigned to a SSL vpn user.

In my case, the Windows firewall prevented pings from the firewall to the SSLVPN client IP addr. Turn off the Windows firewall, and pings worked.
I did not try to find a setting the the Windows firewall to allow access from the firewall.

I created an RDP rule from Any-Trusted to VPN subnet.
