Host sensors with problems
Hello, in my company we have got 100 host sensors installed, 95 are working well but there are 5 that in the TDR Panel ara marked that they have problems. All of them have the same problem. The error message says: "Problem (Failed to configure malicious md5 list Failed to dowload md5 list FailureCode = 50)".
How can i solve it?
Thank you.

Hi @allop
I'd suggest opening a case -- the support team will need more information like what md5sum is causing the issue.

Ok, it is done.
Is this problem solved ?
Any reaction from Watchguard Support?
@FeldmeyerM Unfortunately, I don't know what the case numbers are unless they're shared here, so I have no way of checking.
If you're running into a problem with TDR host sensors, I'd suggest opening a case. If you prefer working over the web, just select the "online update only" option when you create it and the tech won't call.
