Refusing or taking a long time to connect to network drive
One of our users keeps encountering an issue where network drive either refuses to connect or takes as long as twenty minutes, when using watch guard SSL-VPN 12.02.
whenever i look into this the connection restores almost immediately. the logs show that the VPN has successfully connected to our network.
any ideas on this would be appreciated.

Two suggestions - on the client end:
1) Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP with Windows

2) disable IPv6 on the connection Properties
