WG Cloud - Web Blocker timing out


I'm trying to access Web Blocker through WG Cloud, but every time it times out -- it seems to be the only tool that won't open via Cloud. I can get there using FireBox System Manager, but it's still not allowing a site to be whitelisted so I decided to try accessing it via the Cloud, but as I said, every time I try to access it, since Friday, it times out.

Should I just use System Manager to access Web Blocker or is there something else I could try to access this in the cloud?

    Hi @photofalling

    If you're unable to get to your firewall in WG cloud, you should be able to make the exception locally via the System Manager.

    If you're running into an error accessing your firebox, I'd suggest opening a support incident so that our support representatives can assist.
