User Group Authen cannot voice call Line application

How to setting Policy Http,https proxy?
I get start setup policy for user group manage diference by proxy user sso authen is call line application, but user any client rediret to authen portal cannot call line after log in sucess.
I fixed the problem by removing these user groups in the outbound policy. But I'm not sure Setting like this Is it correct and secure?
Add > User/ group > Any external
Add > User/ group > Firebox
Please recomment setting guide.

I don't understand your issue.
SSO is single Sign-on, which requires a Microsoft AD, and setting up the SSO agent.

However, it seems that you are not using SSO, but are using the authentication applet.
Please explain what voice application that you are using.
What ports does this application use?
What do you see in Traffic Monitor when the voice application is tried and does not work.
