How to configure spam filter for O365 and is there anything specific in the policy manager that is recommended to ensure smooth operation in O365?

    Hi @WCS

Assumption is that if the mail server pulled the old record, that it'd be pointing at office 365, so if it pulled the old record, it'd still go there.

  • You can create as many MX records as you want but don't have to. You won't lose email. As James said, sender's mail servers will either send it to the old MX record or the new.

  • thanks everybody now I have problem I can send email but not receive any idea please
