Authpoint logon app - offline NOT prompting for authentication
Scratching my head here, with an internet connect the authpoint logon prompts as it should for push QR etc, take the laptop offline, it just logs right on ?? I can't find what the issue is and why it's bypassing authpoint when offline.
Just setting this up first time so have a minimal setup, radius, LDAP for AD and the logon app that it - one group, radius and logon app resources, all set and working properly, have re an re the app and config file on the laptop... nada still the same, I'm missing something basic I can feel it..
any ideas?

Hi @Paul_R_Canada -- Opening a case for authentication is the best thing -- so we'll go with that. Any sort of troubleshooting will likely involve logs with names, which is best kept private there.
