BOVPN to a single host

Hello,
I need to create an IPSEC VPN between an external company and one computer in our network. What would be the best way to do it? Thanks.

Setting up a manual BOVPN is my preference.
You set up a Gateway, and then a Tunnel which has the single IP addr as Local
