EICAR type test to validate TDR install

Is there a prescribed or recommended method for testing a TDR install?

First time playing around with the product. Have CYBERCON set at level 2. Host is Win10 Pro with Defender. Exclusion applied to both Defender and TDR.

Would like a semi-safe way to validate it is working similar to sending EICAR through GatewayAV.

    Hi NetLurker,

    There isn't a standard file for TDR -- if you're looking to test, the easiest thing to do is to add an MD5 from something you want to test with to your threat list. That should cause it to score a 10, and follow whatever remediation action you have set.
