Locking client files

My users receive a lot of password-protected PDF files but they end up being locked by the Firebox. How can I avoid this?

Greg-- That's why defense in depth is so important! If a password protected zip file can't be scanned by GAV, malware can still be detected by TDR when the file is unzipped on the destination machine. Layered protection is one of the core benefits of Total Security Suite.

Hello Greg,

There's a separate GAV action to handle password protected attachments. Set the 'When content is encrypted' action to Allow to avoid password protected attachments from getting locked.
