Can't get firewalls to connect to DImension for Logging

in Firebox - Dimension, Logging and Reporting

i have created a new dimension server, and i "enrolled" two firewalls at two different locations to the dimension server. I am able to "Manage" the firewalls from Dimension, but i can't get the firewalls to connect for Logging purposes - when i go to the firewall - the Log Server shows as "Not Connected" from the Dashboard Front Panel. Can you give me an idea as to where to look here? Thank you

    For firewalls which are remote from the Dimension server, make sure that the local firewall has a WG-Logging policy with SNAT to the Dimension server from those remote firewalls.

    Hi @HermannMasser

    make sure you've enabled logging to the server -- the manage part is a separate component.

    In Policy manager, it's under setup ->logging -- make sure you have a log server specified.
