BOVPN - static route subnet problem

Good morning,

we have a working BOVPN with a place that uses the 192.168.8.0/24 subnet.

Now a federal agency, which we are connected to via static routes, changed the address of one of their servers to 192.168.8.38.

Is there a way I can add a static route to the 192.168.8.38 host without having to redo the BOVPN / external office?
