My License still has 60 days to go but when I login it it states (at Windows login) License can't be found or expired....has anyone else seen this happen ? I have logged a ticket to support but still don't have a resolution.
I added a new subscriber and a trial license and it works perfectly...
Hi @Gorilla -- Depending on the type of account you have, the license might not have been assigned to the account.
Starting the new trial license likely selected it, and got it in the correct state.
If you can let us know your case number, I can make sure that it ended up with the correct group to look into the cause of that further for you.
