AuthPoint Error code 403.001.763

Hi, Can someone please decode this error 403.001.763, from a user trying to activate a token from the email QR code. Just need to know what it means to point us in the right direction.

    ERROR_CRYPTO_DECODE_ACTIVATION

    There's something wrong with decoding the QR code the user was sent.
    Please try re-sending them a new activation QR code (if you find their user in AuthPoint, there will be a more menu (3 dots) that allows you to re-send email.)

    If the new email with the new QR code do not work, please consider opening a support case. Please include the user's email address that the QR code was sent to in the support case should you need to open one.
