Is there a public roadmap of coming features and possible dates for the WatchGuard cloud managed devices?

    We don't keep a publicly available roadmap. Specific feature requests can be followed via support cases -- if you see a specific feature you're interested in, open a support case and mention that feature request or Bug ID in the case.

    IDs usually look like a 3 or 4 letter code, a dash, and a sequential number. For example, FBX-12345 or FCCM-123. If a customer requests a feature, I will usually post that number in the forum post as a reply if one exists.
