Radius Accounting with Azure AD & Firebox

Hi all,

We currently have NPS set up with our Watchguard for accounting. Our users used to just appear as an IP address, but the current set up shows them as an @radius user in the authentication panel in WSM.

We use Xirrus for our WiFi and they have the option to create an open user portal to connect to the WiFi with the users Azure credentials, which is great, except they now just appear as an IP address after authentication.

Is there an easy way to integrate this so we can see users as being authenticated on the Watchguard box?

    Hi @Lee_West

    If the XIrrus system isn't passing that data via RADIUS, the firebox will never know what users are logged in. If RADIUS accounting is still set up, you'll need to find out why your WiFi system isn't reporting that data to the firewall via RADIUS.
