Product Enhancement - Locked Token Notifications

I was kinda surprised this wasn't already there but under the Cloud Administration Notifications, there's no ability to create a rule so we can be notified when an AuthPoint token is disabled due to too many invalid attempts. It would be nice to get a heads up so I can be more proactive.
