Strange behaviour on watchguard ssl vpn client

Hello,

i have ssl vpn configured via AuthPoint and via AD-Domain as Autenthication Server . My default is my domain. When i connect via username and password (myDomain) everything is fine. I can connect.
Now, on same client i use the second method: AuthPoint. I connect now via AuthPoint\username and password. Have to press p for a push. After acepted I can connect too.

Now here ist becomes tricky. When i now want to connect via username\password (myDomain) again, the connection not will be established. On log it says connection closed. This is stable.

When i now uninstall and install client again, i can use my domain again.

I wanted to have the firt option in case AuthPoint has trouble, so that i can connect without using authpoint,

Can someone explain this to me? Can i delete client cache on my machine?

Thanx

Hendrik

    Hi @HN13

We'd need to see the logs from the SSLVPN and AuthPoint side. Just stating that the connection closed doesn't really help explain to us why (so we can't explain it to you.)

I'd suggest opening a support case so that our team can pull some additional logs, and help troubleshoot this issue.
