Wrong duration at Dimension and Report Server also

Hi,
my boss discovered this bug: At Dimension in Reports/device/Authentication/Allow list duration is calculated wrong: e.g. if login time is 30-11-2024 14:21:39 and logout time is 06-12-2024 04:47:29 then the duration is 5 days 14:25:50. However, Dimension shows 865:50. These minutes come from 14*60(=840) plus 25 (=865). Seconds are O.K. and the days are not counted. This works in Report Server the same.

    I would suggest creating a support case so that we can further assist.
    -We no longer support the WatchGuard Log/Report server.
    -Dimension will report on data as received from the firewall -- so if a figure is incorrect, it'll likely be due to what the firewall is sending.

    I'd suggest having your boss (or you, or whomever is in charge of the firewall/dimension server) create a support case so that we can further assist, and get a bug assigned to whatever part is causing the problem. We'll also need information like the firewall's fireware version number and the version of Dimension.
