RDP continuous disconnections via Access Portal after upgrade to 12.11 firmware
Hello,
Is anyone having trouble with continuous RDP disconnections via AccessPortal after upgrade to 12.11 firmware ?
I already opened a ticket about it and they escalated me to the second level. So far, though, nothing has been discovered yet.
Tks

Hi @Igor
Without any connection logs or a potential reason as to why the disconnects are occurring, it'll be difficult to help here. I'd suggest continuing on with your support case since that is already started.

Hi,
ich habe das gleiche Problem. Nach dem Update kommt es zu ständigen reconnect. Es ist auch nicht ersichtlich ob es ein Zeit oder Auslaustungsproblem ist.
Ich bitte um zeitnahe Lösung des Problem.
WG support mark this problem as hight priority bug but they don't know when it will be fixed. I downgraded my firewall (where they are near to my position) to 12.10.4 version and the pb disappears.
Got the same problem, very disturbing. Hoping for a quick solution, otherwise, we must downgrade too.
We have the same issue. I did downgrade to fix and submitted a case. Just waiting for next update.
Same Issue, submitted case, waiting for reply.
from watchguard support:
HI
I checked and this is exactly the known problem.
FBX-28684
since 12.11, the RDP application automatically disconnects when I browse the portal website on the remote RDP server
There are no workarounds at the moment, everything has been replicated and our development team is working on a resolution.
It seems that version 12.10.4 is not affected by the same, in case this is a vital function, you could downgrade the firewall and go back to the previous version
Greetings
Hello , reply form WG
According to the information about the bug, it is the version of Guacamole we are using that introduced an issue, and not just for RDP.
In the Support File, I find the same logs as in the bug report multiple times:

This bug was opened while I was on vacation, and I see that it affects versions 12.11 and 12.11.1, but not v12.10.4.
So for now, the only workaround is to downgrade to 12.10.4.
