Do you know any tools to monitor the bandwidth of bovpn, detect tunnel down?

The Firebox System Manager/WebUI will show real time bandwidth, and Dimension can show historic data provided logging is turned on and configured.

The Dimension can also send notifications about VPN tunnels being down provided notification is set up.

The notification emails are sent via Dimension, so you must ensure that you have emails set up in the Dimension server:

To monitor if a BOVPN is up and to help keep it up, you can use a ping based management tool, of which there are many.
One that I have used is Servers Alive
