Access policy not found

Hi

Fireboxes T20 running 12.10.4 U2

We can no longer authenticate to our T20 fireboxes with AuthPoint with sslvpn.
Authpoint logs:

Reason: Access policy not found.
Error: 201.105.012 - Policy not found.

A Authpoint policy do exist for the named fireboxes as rule number 5 and has not been changed for a long time. Any clue why we see this error mesage?

    Hi @Robert_Vilhelmsen
    I'd suggest opening a support case -- if AuthPoint is not matching your policy there might be something off with the policy or it might be a bug.
