Automatic Certificate Renewal
I have a Watchguard working as an inbound HTTPS proxy server. As such I have to upload a valid SSL Certificate every year so that people on the Internet has a valid SSL Certificate when browsing the website.
Apple and Google plan to reduce SSL Certificate lifespans to 45 days by 2027.
As a feature request, I believe Watchguard should consider enabling automatic SSL Renewal (like Let's Encrypt or something similar). The current recommendation is that SSL Certificates should be renew automatically by the web server, so I believe Watchguard should consider adding a method for Automatic Renewals of SSL Certificates for use in proxy servers. Especially before they shorten the renewal time.

Hi @Daycom
There is an existing feature request for this -- it is FBX-3727.
If you'd like to follow that request, please create a support case and mention FBX-3727 in your case somewhere. The technician that is assigned your case can set that up for you.
Thank you,
I see this is one year newer. Any release date yet, given its been nearly 3yrs!

Sounds like still need to get added to the ticket. Has anyone else come up with a plan for ACME setup between some sort of official support from WatchGuard?
What is the status of this? I have a case 02258912 that follows FBX-3727 but the only status I have received is that FBX-3727 is open but no timeline.
The first stage of shortening of SSL lifetime is already live and I have several fireboxes that I need to automatically deploy SSL certificates to.
