Domain Name / IP is "None"

I'm not sure when it happened but I've been noticing traffic to or from "None" in the reports. I don't see how something could be routed to "none". Is this an issue with the Dimension server or the devices which all have some of the traffic on them.

    Hi @Kucster

Logging to None will most likely mean that the firewall had to discard (send to the bit bucket) something.

This would most likely happen in the proxies. The deny page is sent as part of the HTTP response, but if the GET was directly for a file, the file will start downloading, and have to go somewhere (the firewall just discards it, but still has to count it somewhere.)

To get a better idea of what might be causing that, a technician would need to look at your configuration and logged traffic that is generating that statistic. If you'd like to dig deeper, I'd suggest opening a case by clicking the support center link at the top of the page.

    Thank you,
