Estou com uma VPN de um cliente e quando tentamos ativar a VPN dele em nosso ambiante o firewall bloqueai como criar uma regra de liberação?

    If your customer is using an IKE/IPSec based VPN, you'll want to allow the option to allow outbound IPSec Pass-Thru. This is in the global VPN settings on your firewall.

    If your customer is using a different kind of VPN, you will want to look at the Traffic Monitor when they are trying to access that VPN, and see what policy is denying that traffic. Once you've identified what policy is denying that traffic, you'll need to either modify that policy to allow it, or make a new policy above the existing policy to allow that specific traffic.
