VPN cannot communicate with all the HO Subnet

We have a Watchguard T45 that has a Trusted network with a subnet of /22.

When we connect using a Mobile VPN we can see some of the clients on the HO network but not all.

So for example if the network is 192.168.28.x/22. I can see all the clients on 192.168.28.x but not 192.168.29.x, 192.168.30.x, or 192.168.31.x

I can't see anywhere in the L2TP section of the VPN tab to change the subnet and in any case my PC is assigned 255.255.255.255 so I suspect it's a routing issue rather than a subnet issue. Can anyone help?

    Hi @ShaneUK10

I'd suggest opening a support case for this.

    Please include
-a command line "route print" command while connected to the VPN.
-support access to your firewall if possible.

One of our technicians can take a look at the routes and see what might be happening to get the wrong route if that is happening.
