VPN - failed to get domain name

Hello everyone,
I'm using T55 Firebox and Watchguard mobile VPN with SSL as VPN client.
One of my user can not use the VPN. Here is some log messages :

Launching WatchGuard Mobile VPN with SSL client. Version 12.10.4 (Build 697552) Built:May 17 2024 15:35:25
Requesting client configuration from ##DNSfromMyCompany##.com:443
FAILED:2024-09-12T07:52:26.596 FAILED:Cannot connect to internet 123 failed to get domain name
Requesting client configuration from removed:443

PS01: the value behind ##DNSfromMyCompany## works for every other clients.
PS02: i also tried with IP address

Any idea of what i should check please (firewall, antivirus, etc...) ?

    Hi @TonyVPF

    It sounds like the firewall on the customer's side may be blocking this type of connection.
    Are they able to access the VPN from anywhere else (mobile hotspot, WiFi elsewhere, etc?)
