Device Properties dynamic external IP
I have untick the checkbox "Device has dynamic external IP address" to try a fixed IP address, but I'm unable to tick back the checkbox.
It's grayed out.
Someone has a trick to tick it back on ?

I'm not sure specifically what menu or option you're in.
If you're trying to add a new device to a management server, erasing the device and re-adding it should do that. If you're unable to change it, it's likely because the firewall has never checked in. Erasing it will allow you to start the process over.
