EOL firebox feature key

Hi all,
Ive just grabbed an EOL Firebox T30-W off ebay for some personal development.
When I have created an account on Watchguard and pasted in the Serial number while trying to get a feature key so Im not stuck in single device mode, the site tells me "Serial Number or License Key Not Found" and refers me to the Customer Care page.

Ive logged a case under customer care.
Has anyone else had any success with this, or is this generally something they reject?

Any advise appreciated!

    The feature key exists, albeit within the account of the previous owner whom activated it. You would need customer care to change ownership to you, they typically require a photo of the base of the unit showing serial etc, then once changed you should see the feature key in your account. However EOL could affect this process
